Founded over 55 years ago by Charles O. Falter, a dedicated and honest tradesman with a passion for building, C.O. Falter Construction Corporation was built from the ground up — literally. What began as a small, family-run operation in Syracuse, New York has grown into a trusted leader in the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities across the Northeast.

Still family-owned and operated today, we remain grounded in the same principles Charles instilled from day one: hard work, fairness, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Those values continue to shape every project we take on and every team member we hire.
